The site is open all year around and welcomes well behaved dogs and children who can appreciate the tranquility of our setting that other guests come to enjoy. You’ll certainly not go hungry in Yorkshire! The National Park has an abundance of tourist attractions to offer and is a Dark Skies Reserve for great stargazing opportunities. Some suggestions of where to visit & walking routes can be found on our website.

It will not work on your computerOur farm is located within the beautiful North York Moors National Park and the CL site has extensive views out to the south over Ryedale and to the west to enjoy the evening sunsets. We are a mixed farm with a herd of sucker cows and pedigree Rouge sheep located at the top of a no through road so there is no passing traffic other than our farm traffic. Guests staying with us can enjoy extensive walking and cycling routes direct from the site, and many businesses in the locality are geared up to welcome soggy walkers and mud splattered cyclists. Check out the National Parks "walking friendly" and "cycling friendly" pages to find businesses who will welcome you. Take in both the Moors and Jurassic Coast during your stay with us or treat yourself to some culture in the historic city of York all within 45minutes of the site. For your none caravanning friends and family we also have a Bothy which sleeps 2 and a 2 bed static caravan which sleeps 5.
