Swanley House is an advanced booking CL set in approx. 2.5 ac of land with open views across the local countryside. This is a quiet rural site but has excellent access to the various attractions & amenities within a 20 mile radius. The site provides an ideal base for those wishing to relax or engage in recreational sports such as fishing, walking & cycling. There are a number of excellent Local Pubs which serve quality food & beers, these are currently open and operating to the Covid 19 guidance rules. The CL Site is level and laid to short / mown grass. The site can accommodate lightweight motor homes being all on grass, however it is unsuitable for large heavy motor homes as the going can be soft. All 5 pitches are now fully serviced pitches each offering 16 amp electric hook -up point, each with their own water and grey waste point. The site has a central Chemical closet disposal & rinsing point & Re-cycle waste point
Pitch price for 2022 season from £21 per night for 2 x adults, children under 12, awning, on a fully serviced pitch. Addition charge for extra persons. Pitch price includes 10Kw electric daily usage with additional usage metered & chargeable at current tariff rate.

Arrival time is from Midday and departure time is latest 11am Dogs on lead at all times on site. There is a convenient Dog walk along the local canal towpath which has Dog waste disposal points located on Swanley Bridge access. (200 Yds from site entrance) Electric vehicle charging is not permitted.
