Hill Farm CL site is open all year and has 4 hardstandings and 1 fairly all-weather grass matting protected pitch that are set in over 5 acres of rural grounds and young woodland. Located near to the beautiful and tranquil Suffolk Coast & Heaths Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB), which is a stunning landscape packed full with wildlife and exciting places to explore and discover. There's something for everyone with miles and miles of tranquil and unspoilt landscape including wildlife-rich estuaries, ancient heaths, windswept shingle beaches and historic towns and villages. There is also a new 5 pitch commercial site adjacent to the CL, separated by a thick hedge and 2 gates, with mesh protected grass pitches, and separate hook-ups, taps, and a CDP, including a ladies and gents toilet cabin with 2 washbasins and hot water for handwashing. There is Wi-Fi available across most of the site. The 3-4 acre young woodland behind the site is easily accessible for dog walking.

There is a petrol station and supermarket within a mile of the site. The village of Darsham and The Fox Inn, serving good food, is a mile away and you can walk there from the site on a farm track. Darsham railway station is just over a mile and has services to London’s Liverpool Street Station via Ipswich. Saxmundham is 5 miles away, with Tesco and Waitrose supermarkets. Snape, with its world-famous concert hall, is 10 miles away. The popular Latitude Music Festival on the Henham Estate in July is 6 miles away. The woodlands, heathlands and coast are perfect for those who enjoy walking and bird watching, and the country lanes are great for cycling. There are also 3 high-quality holiday lodges next to the site (each sleeping a maximum of 4 people, with 2 bedrooms) which offer accommodation for friends and relatives visiting without a caravan. The owner lives on-site to deal with any problems and does regular site maintenance and cleaning.
