Why stay here ... Our CL is situated on the brow of a hill with a view to die for overlooking the lower Wharfe valley including areas of outstanding natural beauty. There are four large hard standing pitches with 6 foot hedges between, each one having metered electric hookup and water tap/hookup, inside the meter box is a brochure giving site details including bus timetables, local taxis, restaurants, supermarkets, footpaths, local attractions etc. The fifth pitch is on grass. A popular walk from the site (about 3 miles) is onto the Otley Chevin and along to surprise view above Otley, with fabulous views on one side to the Pennines and on the other to North York Moors and the Yorkshire Wolds, then drop down to Otley, after some refreshments you can catch the bus back. Otley is a market town with markets on Tuesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays and there is also an afternoon car boot sale on Sundays (if interested).
