The Stables is a peaceful site set in the lovely Lincolnshire village of Maltby le Marsh. The site is set on a large, gently sloping field. All pitches are grassed and have electric hook-ups and space for awnings and parking. The shower block has separate facilities for men and women, with shower, wash basin and toilet. Hot and cold water is included. The site is an excellent base for exploring the surrounding areas of Mabelthorpe, Louth and beyond and is on a main bus route. Nearby are coarse fishing ponds, garden centres and a pub which serves food. Approximately 3 miles away is Mablethorpe, with its beautiful beach, seal sanctuary, supermarkets, restaurants, bars and banks, etc. The historic market town of Alford a few minutes’ drive away has hotels, a market and a restored windmill.
