Our CL is a great site if you want to explore some great North West attractions whilst having a nice green space to use as a base. Southport (5 miles) hosts some great events throughout the year including The Flower Show and The Fireworks Championships, as well as a great Air Show. We're also handy when the open Golf is in Southport. Wildfowl and Wetlands Trusts Martin Mere, is only 5 miles away and the city of Liverpool (15 miles) is also within easy reach. The historic market town of Ormskirk is closest (3 miles), with markets on a Thursday and Saturday. The Leeds to Liverpool Canal is 200 meters away and offers course fishing and a great place to walk. There is also a selection of pubs and restaurants within easy walking distance both along the canal and within the village. Our site is level with plenty of space and good access. We have electric to all pitches. To maintain the tranquillity, we are a quiet site and adults only. Watch the kestrel and buzzards and catch the odd daytime glimpse of our hedgehog.
