The CL is set back 150m from the B1255, mid-way between the bustling seaside town of Bridlington, the quiet fishing village of Flamborough and Bempton village, with its world famous RSPB seabird colony. Within easy walking distance are Sewerby Hall and Gardens, Danes Dyke Nature Reserve, a links golf course, a public swimming pool, beaches, cliff top walks and several places to eat. The area is also excellent for longer walks, cycling, birdwatching and for nature lovers in general, with an abundance of wildlife including Deer, Badgers, Foxes, Rabbits, etc and many species of birds including nesting Barn Owls, Woodpeckers, many varieties of song birds, etc. Within an hours drive north are Filey, Scarborough, Whitby, Pickering and the North York Moors Railway. West are The Wolds, Driffield, Beverley and York. South are Hornsea, Hull and Spurn Point Nature Reserve. We are on the main bus route between Bridlington and Flamborough. Sorry dogs are not allowed.
