Close at hand is Totnes where you can enjoy the Round Robin ( boat to Dartmouth, train to Paignton and then the bus back to Totnes). Agatha Christie's House Greenaway is nearby and with the Dart Valley Railway, all steam buffs will be spoilt for choice. Walking distance from the CL is the Pig and Whistle & Tally Ho pubs, ideal for an evening meal or just a pint after a long or short walk. Adjacent to the CL is woodland owned by Pine Ridge and there are plenty of walks to chill out and enjoy the countryside.
