Our CL is a quiet site, surrounded by sheep or cattle, set on a smallholding within walking distance to Hylands Park for the many events that are held there annually or just for walking the rest of the year! We are 2.5 miles to Chelmsford train station or 3 miles to Ingatestone train station both with direct links to Stratford and Central London within 20 minutes so we have easy access to both Essex and London but are outside the LEZ and are surrounded by countryside. We also have good road access being situated midway between the A414 and the A12. We are not within easy walking distance to a bus-stop as we have no pavements near us. We welcome adults, children and well behaved dogs. Each pitch has electric hook up and plenty of room for an awning if required. There is a stream that runs along the bottom of the field. We live on site but also have an honesty box for payment and are always available by telephone if a member has any problems at all. Our showers and toilets are well maintained and easy to access and our WiFi is of good quality.
