The historic church of St Peter's on the Wall is within walking distance as is Bradwell Bay WW2 airfield. St Peters chapel is one of the oldest intact churches in England dating back to 653AD and attracts thousands of visitors every year and is well worth a visit There are beaches nearby to enjoy the sunshine or take up a spot of fishing. Eastland Meadows Caravan park is just a short stroll and guests can use Club House - which also serves a lovely breakfast! Two pubs within close walking distance, plus a third a couple of miles away - all serve good food and are dog friendly There is also a lovely Marina bar and restaurant at the Bradwell sailing club, with outside decking and views over the water. Within a short drive you’ll find Burnham on Crouch and Malden, both have numerous restaurants and shops Beautiful Log Cabin available for short stays too - booked via air bnb or contact owner
