Set up camp and Dark Orchard CL and Canoe or SUP the River Wye

The River Wye is just yards from Dark Orchard CL where you can launch your own canoe or hire from one of the local canoe companies. 

Trips from Hay are usually to Whitney-on-Wye take about 2 / 3hours or further down 4/6 hours and if you are using your own canoe, several local taxi firms will pick you and your canoe up and return you to Hay.  If hiring the return taxi is part of the hiring. 

While wandering down the river watch out for otters, herons, and if really lucky a few jumping salmon.
